By accessing or using the websites (e.g., montysmacros.com), applications, or software provided by Monty’s Macros (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“user,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our websites, applications, or software.
Monty’s Macros provides software, AppleScripts, and macros to assist with workflow automation in areas such as productivity, photography, videography, and audio/video editing. Our "Master App" serves as a distribution and installation platform for software licenses previously purchased via our WooCommerce store. We do not provide any creative, professional, or consulting services. Users are solely responsible for the results of any tasks performed using our software.

Risk Disclaimer: You acknowledge that automation scripts and macros may modify files or system settings. You agree to maintain current backups of all data and projects. You use the software at your own risk; Monty's Macros is not responsible for data loss, accidental file modification, or other outcomes of software use.
Monty’s Macros provides software “as-is” with no warranties regarding functionality, compatibility with future macOS updates, or third-party applications (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud). To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monty’s Macros shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from the use, inability to use, or results of the software.
We may terminate or suspend access to our software at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice via email. You may terminate your account via written notice; however, outstanding payment obligations remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through direct negotiation. Any unresolved disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in the County of Los Angeles, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, or another method jointly agreed upon in good faith.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Master App or software after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
